All I can say is WOW!!! If you are considering getting your brows done, look no further - Scout is AMAZING!!!! I could not be happier. My brows look so natural. I can't stop looking in the mirror! She answered all my questions and made sure I was always comfortable with everything she was doing. She truly is THE BEST and couldn't recommend her more!
